We are proud of the quality and accuracy of every model we make at Masterist Scale Railroad Models.
We want every consumer to be completely happy and confident with their purchase.

This Refund Policy tells you when and how to get your money back for orders made through our website.

1. General Conditions for Refunds

We follow our Return & Exchanges Policy when we process refunds.
You can only get a refund if:

  • When it arrived, the item was broken, wrong, or not what I ordered.
  • You asked for a refund within 14 days of getting your order.
  • The item is sent back in its original packaging and has not been used.
  • You show proof of purchase, like your invoice or order confirmation.

We will email you to let you know if your refund has been approved or denied once we have received and checked your return.

2. How to Get a Refund

If your request for a refund is approved:

  • The original way of paying will be used to process the refund.
  • After your request is approved, you will get the money in 5 to 10 business days.
  • Once the reimbursement has been sent, we will send you an email confirmation.

If your refund is denied, we will tell you why and give you other options, including a replacement or store credit.

3. Things That Can’t Be Returned

Some products and fees are not eligible for a refund. These include:

  • Models that are manufactured to order or custom
  • Gift certificates and things you can download
  • Items on clearance or “final sale”
  • Taxes, shipping costs, and import duties

Before you finish your transaction, please check your order carefully.

4. Partial Refunds (If They Apply)

If any of the following are true, only partial refunds may be given:

  • The item has signs of use or damage that wasn’t our fault.
  • Some parts of the product or accessories are missing.
  • The return was asked for after the 14-day limit, but it was permitted because of unusual circumstances.

5. Refunds That Are Late or Not Received

Please follow these actions if you haven’t gotten your money back after 10 business days:

  • Look at your credit card or bank statement.
  • Get in touch with your bank or payment processor, because processing timeframes sometimes change.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t gotten your refund, please email us at info@masteristscalerailroadmodels.com.

6. Money Back for Canceled Orders

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

  • You can get your money back if you cancel an order before it ships.
  • Once the item has been sent, our Return & Exchanges Policy will apply.
  • You can’t cancel custom or specially-made items once they’ve been manufactured.

7. Refunds from Other Countries

When you order from another country, the amount of your return is in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
You can’t get your money back for differences in currency rates or foreign transaction costs.

We can’t give back any customs charges or import taxes that international clients have to pay.
