We take pride in giving our customers careful attention and detailed craftsmanship on every purchase.

1. Time to Process Orders
- After payment is verified, all standard orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- Depending on how complicated the design is, custom or made-to-order models may take longer.
(You will be told how long it will take to finish before manufacturing starts.) - We don’t mail orders on weekends or holidays.
If we have a lot of orders or manufacturing is delayed, we will email you to let you know what’s going on with your order.
2. Ways and Costs of Shipping
- At checkout, shipping charges are figured out based on where you reside, how big your order is, and how you want it delivered.
- To make sure your package gets there safely and on schedule, we work with reliable carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.
- Before you finish your purchase, you will be able to check all of the delivery alternatives.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you can’t get your shipping money back.
3. How Long Will It Take to Get There
- Within Canada: 5 to 10 business days after shipping
- In the U.S.: 10 to 15 business days after shipping
- International Orders: 15 to 30 business days, depending on where they are and how long customs takes to process them
Please keep in mind that delivery timeframes are simply estimates and may change depending on where you live and how long the courier takes.
4. Keeping an Eye on Your Order
- You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has been sent.
- After the package is shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
For orders from other countries:
- The consumer is responsible for all customs fees, import tariffs, and taxes.
- Your country’s customs administration sets these fees, and they are not included in the prices of our products or shipping.
- Please make sure your shipping information is correct and comprehensive to avoid delays.
If your package is sent back because you didn’t pay the duties or gave the wrong address, you’ll have to pay to have it sent again.
6. Packages That Are Broken, Lost, or Late
We pack each model very carefully, yet things can still go wrong.
- If your item is broken when it gets to you, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and provide us with clear pictures of the packaging and the item.
- We will look into it and, if necessary, give you a replacement, store credit, or a refund, as stated in our Return and Exchange Policy.
- If a customer’s address is wrong, or if the package is lost or delayed because of a courier error or customs delay, Masterist Scale Railroad Models is not responsible.
7. Restrictions on Shipping
- Right now, we ship from Canada to most nations across the world.
- We can’t, nevertheless, deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or areas where carriers or the government don’t allow it.
- Shipping rules may mean that some materials or models have further limits.

8. Orders in Advance and Custom Models
We make pre-ordered and custom-built models just for you.
These items have their own schedules, and once production starts, you can’t cancel or return them.
During the ordering procedure, we will clearly tell you when your purchase will be finished and delivered.
9. Confirmation of Delivery and Ownership
When the shipping company marks your order as “Delivered,” the client owns the item.
Please make sure that someone will be at the mailing address you gave to receive your package.
If you find that a package has been stolen or lost after you have confirmed delivery, we suggest that you contact your local courier for help.
